Dubai Chosen to Host Rotary International Convention 2027

Rotary International has announced that Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has been tentatively selected as the host city for the 2027 Rotary International Convention, scheduled for 22–26 May 2027. This marks a historic milestone as the first Rotary International Convention to be held in the Middle East.

The RI Board of Directors based its decision on Dubai’s strong proposal, excellent accessibility, proven capacity to host large-scale events, and the opportunity to further strengthen Rotary’s presence in the region.

Before final confirmation, the 2027 Convention Committee will conduct a site visit to Dubai in November 2025 to review readiness and logistics. Final approval will then be issued at the January 2026 Board meeting.
